Recently, we had the pleasure of photographing the "Economic Forum – Austria and Japan Composing the Future – Together," held on May 21 at Meguro Gajoen in Tokyo. The event featured the participation of Austrian Federal President Alexander van der Bellen, the Minister of Economics, Energy and Tourism, and the Vice Chairman of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce (WKO).
The forum was a large-scale economic exchange event that brought together business leaders, startups, researchers, and representatives from the cultural, artistic, and political fields of both Japan and Austria. It attracted more than 150 participants from Austria alone, with over 300 people in total. As the largest Austria-Japan business conference since 2019, the forum also welcomed innovative and globally minded Japanese business professionals.

During the economic forum "Austria's Economic Mission to Japan," which brought together business leaders, startups, researchers, and cultural figures from both Austria and Japan, our photography team captured the energy and interaction of the event through photos and videos.
Austrian President Van der Bellen also participated in the event, and we were extremely honored to be in charge of the official photography for this forum, where high-level dialogue took place.
By having our photography and editing teams work closely on-site, we established a workflow that allowed editing to take place simultaneously with shooting. This real-time approach enabled participants to view photos before the event concluded and share them instantly on social media.
Real-time editing demands a stable data transfer setup and a deep understanding of both the photography and editing processes as they unfold. At large-scale international events, where shooting schedules and subjects often change without notice, flexibility and speed are essential.
Despite these challenges, our ability to deliver edited content in real time added significant value for both organizers and participants by capturing and sharing key moments as they happened.
