9th Mobility Conference Photo Report
On May 26, 2026, I was in charge of photography for the 9th Mobility Conference, which was co-hosted by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCI France-Japon) and the French Embassy.
The theme of this conference was "Building Trust in Future Mobility: Safety, Automation, and Resilient Supply Chains." Combining perspectives on technological innovation, supply chains, and safety, the conference discussed the international vision and future outlook for the highly competitive automotive and transportation industry. It also focused on approaches that promote safety, accessibility, and inclusion, aiming to build human-centered and responsible mobility systems, and addressed considerations for socially vulnerable people and complex transportation environments.
Special guests included Jean Todd, Special Envoy of the UN Secretary-General for Traffic Safety, and other speakers such as Marc Ambral. A networking cocktail was also held after the event.

Event photography requires you to take the following types of photos:
The speech
Capturing the speaker's gestures and body language in dynamic moments results in photographs that convey the passion and intensity of their speech.
Networking
By filming participants interacting with each other, you can convey the overall atmosphere of the event.
Details such as food and novelty items
If any food or novelty items were provided, it's important to record those details as well.
Product photography of signs, digital signage, etc.
Taking photos of items that symbolize the event, such as venue signs and logos, is also essential.
The photographs you take can be widely used for public relations materials and internal company documents.
A company's or brand's image is greatly influenced by the quality of its photographs.
