MSF x Nagasaki University "Working in the Field of International Health and in Japan as a Glocal Professional" :Simultaneous English-Japanese Interpretation Stream
LIFE.14 was in charge of streaming the hybrid event " Working in the Front Lines of International Health and in Japan as a Glocal Personnel, " hosted by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Japan .
This event was organized by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Japan, and co-organized by the Institute of Tropical Medicine and the Graduate School of Tropical Medicine and Global Health at Nagasaki University.
At the event, participants deepened their understanding of the field of international health, and several speakers shared their experiences and perspectives on career options, including working in overseas medical settings as a MSF staff member and exploring regional healthcare options in Japan.
Based on their experiences in different environments—overseas healthcare settings and community healthcare in Japan—the speakers discussed their actual activities and career paths, providing an opportunity for those interested in the field of international health to consider various possibilities.
The speakers also answered questions submitted by the participants. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on careers in international health and the medical field while listening to stories based on real-world experiences.

For this broadcast, LIFE.14 staff traveled to the Nagasaki University venue to handle the online broadcast operation.
The event organizers' staff handled the filming, while LIFE.14 was responsible for tasks related to online streaming, such as managing presentation materials, sound control, simultaneous interpretation audio management, and operating streaming equipment. We worked in cooperation with the local staff to deliver the event online.
