Photo shoot for "Dinée Gourmand Prestige" featured in PARIS mag.

On July 15, 2026, I was in charge of photography for the "Dinée Gourmand Prestige" event held at the restaurant "Chez Olivier".

This event was organized by the French Chamber of Commerce in Japan and Bonjour France, with the cooperation of Mottox Co., Ltd. We were honored to welcome Matilda Brashan, CEO of Chavin and founder of the wine-flavored beverage brand "Pierre Zero."

Pierre Zero is a pioneering brand of wine-flavored beverages and is now a leading brand in the Japanese market. On the day of the event, Olivier Odos, the owner-chef of the venue "Chez Olivier," served a multi-course meal.

Each dish was specially created for the day with the intention of pairing it with "Pierre Zero." Participants enjoyed the new marriages of "Pierre Zero" and the cuisine.
