Grow. Belong. Impact. – Capturing Forvis Mazars Japan’s Team Spirit at Expo ’70 Commemorative Park

On July 16, 2025, more than 170 members of Forvis Mazars Japan gathered at Expo ’70 Commemorative Park in Osaka for a day dedicated not just to relaxation, but to strengthening shared values and celebrating collective growth. Under the theme of “Grow. Belong. Impact.,” the event brought together colleagues from across the country in a moment of connection, inspiration, and forward-looking energy.

LIFE.14 had the pleasure of capturing this memorable occasion through both photography and video. From candid snapshots of heartfelt moments to dynamic footage of group activities, we aimed to faithfully represent the emotions and spirit of the day.

This project posed several meaningful challenges for our team. Traveling from Tokyo to Osaka, we coordinated a fully mobile, on-site operation. With a large-scale team of over 170 people, outdoor conditions, a dynamic schedule, and ever-changing natural light, we had to respond quickly and intuitively to every moment. The large group portrait, in particular, required careful direction and precise framing within a short window of time. Flexibility and speed are essential to what we do, and we take pride in offering remote coverage and agile production support for events both near and far. Our goal throughout was to reflect Forvis Mazars’ core values — collaboration across departments, a strong sense of belonging, and an international mindset — through visual storytelling that resonates.

At LIFE.14, we specialize in multilingual, cross-cultural media production for international companies, embassies, and business chambers in Japan.
