On October 14, 2025, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCIFJ) hosted a special BONJOUR FRANCE event — the Dîner Gourmand — at Brasserie Paul Bocuse Ginza.
Presented in collaboration with Champagne Lanson and Michelin-starred Chef Philippe Mille, the evening brought together fine cuisine, elegant conversation, and the timeless charm of French hospitality.

The restaurant was filled with the fragrance of champagne and the sound of cheerful toasts.Each dish crafted by Chef Mille reflected a delicate balance between tradition and innovation, while the Paul Bocuse Ginza team created a warm, welcoming space where guests could savor every moment.Through our cameras, we sought to preserve not only the dishes and décor, but also the fleeting gestures — a smile shared across the table, the sparkle of a glass in the light — that define the beauty of such occasions.
